Identified

From approximately 6:25PM UTC on Sunday (October 24) to 9:30AM UTC on Monday (October 25), an error prevented Notification and Reminder Emails from being sent.

Notifications have since been restored, and we are currently working on replaying the failed deliveries. Please note that this may result in duplicated emails.

We will publish a further update once the replay process has been completed.
