Update
On Saturday, July 29, from approximately 8:30AM to 9AM PST, we will perform maintenance on the infrastructure that supports Ashby. We expect this maintenance window to last less than 30 minutes. Ashby’s features will be affected.
*How will this impact my Ashby access?* Features may take longer to load or fail to load or function entirely. In the latter case, Ashby will error safely.
*How will this impact job applicants?* Hosted job boards, Ashby Job Board API, and submitting applications via the Ashby Customer API will continue to function.
*How will this impact candidates that are interviewing?* Candidates will not be affected, but calendar events sent after direct booking may be delayed until maintenance is complete.
*How will this impact live integrations?* During this time, any API calls will complete successfully but the results of those calls may be delayed until maintenance is complete.
*How will I know when maintenance begins and ends?* We will provide in-app messaging, post updates to status.ashbyhq.com, and email updates throughout the transition. You can subscribe to email updates at status.ashbyhq.com.
